Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a VP Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the entire finance function. This includes owning the financial strategy, FP&A, reporting, cash management, controls, and commercial decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, Board, and investors. Key tasks also involve developing and monitoring SaaS metrics, overseeing cash flow, and improving finance systems and processes. The role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to build and develop the finance team as the business scales. The ideal candidate for the VP Finance position at the company is a commercially minded finance leader with a background in SaaS, software, or high-growth technology. Experience as a No.1 finance leader or in a senior finance role with broad ownership is essential, as is a strong skill set in FP&A, modeling, and reporting. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, and who can effectively partner with the CEO while also being capable of challenging and supporting strategic initiatives. Experience with PE-backed businesses and investors is highly desirable, and the candidate should be excited about the prospect of building a finance function in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
