Senior Vice President, Institutional Relationship Manager

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager to oversee the institutional client management of a strategic book of approximately 30 relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of client engagement, including asset retention, cross-selling, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. This senior role demands a proactive approach to client deliverables, such as developing annual business reviews, and strategic engagement plans, and serving as the primary contact for all client-related activities. The Senior Relationship Manager will also be expected to work closely with internal teams to optimize the company's brand and presence, and to directly manage and mentor associates in the client management process. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or advanced certifications such as CFA or CAIA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in institutional relationship management, sales, consultant relations, or a related role. The role requires a candidate with a strong financial services background, including Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within the first 6 months. The ideal candidate will possess executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance KPIs. The role also demands a high level of technical proficiency in investment strategies, strong market acumen, and the ability to engage clients directly. The Senior Relationship Manager will be expected to travel regularly and must demonstrate a commitment to inclusive behaviors and a diverse work culture.
