Vice President of People

The Company is seeking a VP of People to lead the expansion and structuring of its People team. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to double its team while raising talent density, particularly in the context of a profitable scale-up entering an international chapter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire People function, including talent acquisition, people business partnering, people operations, and workplace management. They will be tasked with building and leading a team that is integral to the company's growth, with a strong focus on AI and a culture of excellence. The VP of People will be a key member of the Steering Committee, advising on organizational structure, headcount planning, and high-stakes people decisions. Applicants for the VP of People role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a management position, within high-growth tech startups or scale-ups. The ideal candidate will be a full-function builder, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, and possess the architectural thinking necessary to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals. Emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role requires a leader with a high level of energy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in AI tools. Fluency in French and English is a must, with a bonus for knowledge of European labor law, particularly in France and Spain.
