Vice President of Design

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Design to join their executive team and lead the global design vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for defining and championing the company's design principles, driving innovation, and ensuring that design excellence is a key competitive advantage. This role involves participating in executive-level decision-making, leading the organizational design and scaling of the design function, and owning the design budget and resource allocation. Applicants for the Vice President of Design position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of professional design experience, with at least 7 years in senior design leadership roles.
