Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to play a pivotal role in the management and promotion of business growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, including the planning and execution of company-wide strategies, the promotion of new businesses and joint ventures, and the consideration of various strategic options such as alliances, M&A, and exit strategies. This high-discretion position offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in management, directly under the management team, and to actively participate in the second founding period of the company. The CSO will also be instrumental in designing governance structures, building PMO functions, and addressing management issues to ensure the company's continued success. Applicants for the CSO position at the company should have a background in startups or new business launches, with a diverse work experience that encompasses business development, management planning, and PMO. The role requires the ability to drive business growth from a management perspective and a Bachelor's degree with fluent Japanese language skills. While not mandatory, experience as a CSO and a strong interest in the AI and digital transformation (DX) field are preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and resolving management issues, and be capable of building organizational structures to support the company's expansion, particularly in the areas of AI and data infrastructure.
