Head of FP&A

The Company is in need of a Head of FP&A to join their Group Finance function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the delivery of global budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading group-wide financial planning processes, preparing executive-level reporting, and analyzing financial data to provide clear insights. The role demands a professional with a strong background in FP&A, controlling, or management reporting, who can effectively challenge and communicate financial performance to senior stakeholders. Experience in an international business and a complex matrix structure is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple planning cycles under tight deadlines. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a relevant financial role, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and supporting business decision-making. The role requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with financial reporting or planning tools. Knowledge of cash flow, working capital, and foreign exchange forecasting is necessary, and experience with IBM Cognos / TM1, BI, or data warehouse tools is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at improving FP&A processes, reporting tools, and planning systems, and will be capable of leading a small FP&A team.
