Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to establish and lead the FP&A and performance capability for the entire organization. This senior finance leader will be responsible for developing and implementing group-wide budgeting, multi-year planning, and rolling forecasts across a diverse range of businesses and asset classes. A key aspect of the role is to create a unified performance framework that links KPIs, measures, and reporting to the company's strategic goals, ensuring accountability at all levels. The successful candidate will also be tasked with consolidating performance data, aligning planning standards, and providing independent, strategic financial advice to the executive team. Applicants must have a minimum of 18 years' experience in finance, with a significant background in FP&A, strategic finance, planning, or performance management at a group or holding company level. Experience in a complex financial environment, such as a sovereign fund, holding group, infrastructure platform, pension fund, or large asset manager, is essential. The role requires a leader who has a proven track record in building or rebuilding a planning function, strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, and the ability to effectively communicate and challenge at the executive level. While a finance or accounting qualification is beneficial, the emphasis is on the candidate's experience and executive credibility. The position is open to international candidates.
