Vice President, Portfolio Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its portfolio operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to drive value creation, with a focus on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and EBITDA improvement. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, particularly in the context of growth-stage software businesses. The ideal candidate will have a background as a current or former strategy consultant, with a proven track record of performance, and experience in building, scaling, or optimizing commercial functions within software companies, especially those in the ~$5M–$100M ARR range. Experience in private equity due diligence and post-close value creation initiatives is also highly valued. Applicants for the Vice President position should be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be prepared to take on a role that demands a high level of engagement and collaboration. The role is pivotal in the firm's investment strategy, and the candidate will be expected to bring a deep understanding of the software and technology sector, as well as a strong network within the industry. A background in strategy consulting, combined with hands-on operating experience in relevant software business environments, is essential.
