Chief of Staff to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Office of the CEO, a pivotal role that demands a strategic, discreet, and highly capable executive. The successful candidate will be the CEO's most trusted right hand, overseeing and integrating the full ecosystem of the CEO's personal and operational affairs. This includes estate and household management across multiple international locations, personal team and staff leadership, yacht operations oversight, personal finance team management, property renovation and capital projects, and providing strategic and executive support. The Chief of Staff will be the central point of coordination and accountability, ensuring that all functions operate seamlessly, securely, and to the highest standard. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager role, with a proven track record of managing multi-property households and leading multidisciplinary teams. The role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong financial acumen, and outstanding people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, impeccable judgment, and the ability to operate with total discretion. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent executive education strongly preferred. Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages such as French and Arabic are advantageous. The position demands a high level of trust, integrity, and the willingness to travel extensively and be on-call for the principal's needs.
