The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Manager for Finance and Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial management activities, including the generation and analysis of financial data, the production of various financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. This role also involves providing business finance and finance advisory support, such as producing insightful business analysis, assisting with budgeting, and offering advice on tax, accounting policy, and financial controls. The candidate will be expected to manage and achieve financial targets, ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain relationships with regulators. Key responsibilities for this position at the company include the management of audit and tax processes, the timely submission of audit reports and annual tax returns, and the implementation of new local regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying financial risks, developing and implementing financial management and accounting systems, and updating internal policies.
