Associate Vice President, Investment Consultant Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Investment Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the sales performance of frontline sales to meet overall sales and service targets. This role involves developing sales strategies and business plans, conducting regular coaching and training for sales staff, and providing professional support and advice to both sales staff and customers. The candidate will also be involved in customer experience management, product and process enhancement, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to investment selling and advisory. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of working experience in financial institutions, with a strong knowledge of investment products. Solid experience in managing and coaching sales staff is essential. The role requires a university degree in business or marketing, and the candidate must be a registered RI with the necessary qualifications. A CFP and CFA designation would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales performance, be adept at resolving complex customer enquiries and complaints, and have a strong focus on compliance and control.
