Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for formulating and refining the company's financial strategic planning, overseeing financial operations, and the governance framework. This includes a focus on advanced capital structuring, investment, and financing activities to maximize shareholder value. The successful candidate will also drive the company's M&A strategies, business unit spin-offs, IPO preparations, and other strategic initiatives to enhance the value of corporate assets in the market. Building and leading a professional finance team that is aligned with the company's core values and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency is also a key aspect of the role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or related disciplines, with a valid CPA qualification. A minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in medium to large-scale or conglomerate enterprises, including at least 5 years' in management roles, is required. Experience with a Big Four accounting firm and familiarity with Mainland China and Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules are preferred. The role demands a candidate with strong strategic thinking, a high sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, as well as a solid team spirit and professional conduct.
