The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Specialist in Cash and Trade Sales for Mid Cap and SME clients within the Transaction Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets by originating and executing cash management and trade finance solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Mid Cap and SME business landscape, including working capital cycles and industry trends, to effectively manage and deepen client relationships. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution, as well as to formulate and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase the share of existing portfolios. Applicants must have a university degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and a proven track record in transaction banking sales, with specialized knowledge in cash management and trade finance products. The role demands a professional with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, who is self-motivated, a team player, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
