Head of Application, Fintech Domain

The Company is seeking a Head of Application with a strong background in the fintech domain to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the enterprise software roadmap and leading high-impact automation, ERP, or specialized application engineering projects. This role involves overseeing mid-to-large cross-functional in-house engineering and support teams, as well as managing third-party system integrators and software partners. The Head of Application will also be tasked with managing department budgets, timelines, and software SLAs, and ensuring that development pipelines and security practices meet institutional and regulatory compliance. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the field and possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in technical management, stakeholder management, people management, and project management. The Head of Application will act as a high-visibility bridge, justifying technical strategies and negotiating SLAs directly with executive leadership and the board. Experience in the fintech industry is essential, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must.
