Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal leadership role in overseeing all financial management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role demands a professional with a strong background in end-to-end finance functions, including statutory reporting, audit coordination, budget planning, and risk assessment. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with driving process improvements, developing and implementing internal controls, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should hold a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent, and have a proven track record in a similar financial management role within a medium to large organization. An excellent understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and local tax regulations is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software.
