Senior Vice President, Technology & Operational Risk Audit

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Technology and Operational Risk Audit. This leadership role is pivotal in providing independent assurance across a wide spectrum of areas, including technology, cybersecurity, digitalization, data, AI, and operational risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for the risk-based audit portfolio, leading complex technology and cyber audits, and ensuring operational risk assurance. Senior stakeholder engagement and the ability to challenge at a high level are also key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in banking and financial services, deep technology and cybersecurity expertise, and a proven track record in internal audit leadership. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 16 years' of experience and possess skills in technology audit, cybersecurity, technology risk, and operational risk management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should be well-versed in audit project management, including AI assurance. The role involves leading and developing a team of technology and operational risk auditors, with a focus on enhancing technical capabilities, succession planning, and ensuring the team is equipped with future-ready skills in areas such as cybersecurity, digitalization, analytics, and emerging technology.
