Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management across the multi-entity group, including statutory and management reporting, VAT, group accounting, cash-flow planning, budgeting, and fundraising support. This senior leadership role demands a hands-on approach and offers genuine exposure to the CEO, Board, and investor community. Key duties for the Head of Finance will include owning the finance function, preparing monthly consolidated management accounts, leading group VAT compliance, maintaining robust cash-flow forecasts, and administering investor dividend payments. The role also involves leading the annual budgeting process, building financial models for acquisitions and portfolio growth, and acting as the principal finance contact for the business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong post-qualification experience, a proven track record in managing finance for a group of companies, and a strong technical grounding in VAT, statutory reporting, and financial controls. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential, as is the ability to be a confident and credible communicator, comfortable engaging with the Board, investors, and professional advisers. Experience in property investment, real estate, private equity, or another investor-backed business is highly advantageous, as is prior experience with investor distributions, equity fundraising, or transaction support. The Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in the company's growth, and as such, a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented approach is required.
