Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth journey, supporting the next stage of expansion and strategic acquisitions. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance and operational scalability, and the Head of Finance will be responsible for leading all financial control activities, including management accounts, statutory reporting, audit, and compliance. Additionally, the role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, providing commercial analysis, and partnering with operational leaders to enhance clinic profitability and patient growth. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified, with a strong background in financial control, reporting, and compliance. Experience in healthcare, consumer services, multi-site businesses, or PE-backed environments is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes, as well as experience in supporting growth initiatives and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent systems and process improvement capabilities, and be a confident communicator. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for managing and developing a finance team, so experience in this area is necessary.
