Head of Finance, Family Office, Digital Assets & Crypto

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated finance leader, with a focus on digital assets and crypto. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and shaping the finance function, with a strong emphasis on strategic finance, business partnering, financial control, reporting, treasury, and capital management. The role demands a hands-on approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and a commitment to influencing and supporting the company's growth and expansion initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and have significant post-qualified finance experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in proprietary trading, hedge funds, market making, asset management, brokerages, commodity trading, FinTech, or high-growth founder-led companies.
