Head of Finance, Property/Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Group Head of Finance to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the expansion of the business, particularly in the property investment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking full ownership of the finance function, including financial reporting, statutory accounts, compliance, and financial controls across multiple entities. Key tasks involve delivering accurate management accounts, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, managing group cash flow, and supporting the CEO and Board in strategic decision-making. The role also requires the development of financial models, oversight of investor relations, and driving improvements in financial systems to support the company's growth. Applicants for the Group Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified accountants with a strong technical and commercial background. The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and significant post-qualification experience, particularly in a multi-entity business. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential, as is a proactive, commercially focused approach. Experience in property investment, real estate, private equity, or a similar investor-backed environment is highly advantageous, especially in areas such as fundraising, investor reporting, and property transactions.
