Head of FP&A

The Company is in search of a Head of FP&A to join its leadership team. This pivotal role involves leading the development of a Private Equity-standard FP&A function, with a focus on transforming and professionalizing the planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting processes, and will be expected to deliver meaningful commercial insights to support decision-making. The Head of FP&A will also be instrumental in supporting M&A activity, integration projects, and value creation initiatives as the business continues to scale. The ideal candidate for the Head of FP&A position at the company is a qualified finance professional with a strong FP&A background, particularly within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. A hands-on mentality, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization are essential. Experience in SaaS, technology, or other recurring revenue business models is advantageous. The role requires a candidate who can balance strategic responsibilities with practical execution, and who is adept at building processes, reporting, and controls from the ground up. The Head of FP&A will also be responsible for coaching and developing a small team, fostering a high-performance finance partnering culture, and partnering closely with the CFO, Board, and investors.
