Interim Head of STEM

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of STEM to provide leadership and vision in delivering excellent student outcomes, quality assurance, and curriculum innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the academic team, ensuring compliance with academic standards, and contributing to the strategic direction of STEM at the center. This role requires a hands-on approach, including a physical presence to support and engage with both junior and senior colleagues, as well as a commitment to the continuous improvement of academic delivery. The Head of STEM will also be involved in relationship management, both within the organization and with external partners, and must be prepared to deputize for the Director of Campus Operations as needed. Candidates for the Interim Head of STEM position at the company should have a bachelor's degree and a postgraduate qualification, with recent successful academic line management experience in a relevant subject discipline. The role demands a leader with a proven ability to engage in collaborative developments with a higher education institution and a strong background in academic management, quality assurance, and enhancement. Experience in HR duties, data management, and a deep understanding of the needs of international students are essential.
