Vice President, Energy Transition Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Energy Transition Investment Banking team, with a focus on debt advisory and project finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of project finance and debt advisory mandates across a variety of renewable energy and energy-transition infrastructure. This includes advising clients on non-recourse and limited-recourse project financing, acquisition financing, refinancing, and various other structured debt solutions. The role also involves managing the financing process from initial structuring to financial close, developing and reviewing financial models, and coordinating with lenders. The Vice President will have significant exposure to senior clients and lenders, and will be expected to maintain relationships with commercial banks, infrastructure debt funds, and other financing providers. Candidates for this role should have a strong background in project finance, debt advisory, infrastructure finance, or energy investment banking, with a proven track record in executing debt transactions within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, experience in managing lender processes, and strong client-management abilities. Supervisory experience and excellent communication skills are also essential.
