Vice President, International Employment Tax

The Company is seeking a Vice President for International Employment Tax to join its in-house tax function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in taking ownership of employment tax matters across EMEA and APAC, with a focus on international employment tax advisory, compliance, and the development of the firm's global employment tax strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key areas, including global mobility, business travelers, remote working arrangements, and cross-border remuneration, equity, and social security matters. The role also involves employment tax governance, risk management, and controls, and requires close collaboration with Tax, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams across multiple jurisdictions. Applicants for this role should have a strong technical background in UK and international employment tax, with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercial advice in a complex international environment. While financial services experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will be adept at partnering with senior stakeholders and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization.
