Vice President, Global Head of Contracting Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Head of Contracting Operations to lead and manage the global capabilities that support the entire contract lifecycle, from supplier content and mapping to new contract loading, renewals, and ongoing maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of supplier instructions, while also enhancing service quality, operational performance, and stakeholder outcomes. This role requires a strategic partner to the Chief Operations Officer, with a focus on shaping a global-local target operating model, translating business priorities into a clear contracting operations strategy, and building high-performing teams that leverage data, technology, AI, and automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability. Key responsibilities for this position include leading global contracting operations, delivering operational excellence, shaping capabilities and the operating model, setting and improving performance standards, using insight to enhance quality, optimizing processes through technology, leading strategy and transformation, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and owning planning and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership within international, complex organizations, with a strong background in operations, large-scale back-office processing, and/or contact centers. They should be adept at leading transformation and change, have a deep understanding of business processes, and be skilled in using data and analytics to drive business outcomes. Influential leadership, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
