Associate Vice President, AI/ML Operations Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a pivotal role in establishing and leading a new AI/ML Ops pillar. This leadership position is focused on the reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness of AI/ML systems in production. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the operating model that governs the transition of AI/ML systems from development to production. This includes building and managing change processes, establishing a robust monitoring and observability framework, and designing incident response and escalation protocols. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering, ops, and governance teams to ensure the smooth operation of AI/ML assets at scale. Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record in operations leadership, particularly in the context of major transformations. Deep experience in change management, monitoring, observability, and incident response is essential.
