Vice President, Division Business Manager

The Company is seeking a Divisional Business Manager - Vice President to join its Consumer Banking division. The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader, serving as the primary point of contact for financial decision-making and providing insights that support the business model and drive both financial and non-financial results. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the Divisional Director, analyzing financial performance, and identifying productivity initiatives. The Divisional Business Manager will also be responsible for providing strategic analytical and business management support, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and acting as a conduit to the broader finance organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience in financial organizations. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to build relationships, partner with, and influence stakeholders, as well as proficiency in MS Office and relevant financial reporting software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a team and develop individuals. A Master's degree, cross-functional partnership skills, and business acumen are preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess clear, direct communication skills. The role may involve travel within the division.
