Head of Teacher, Middle Years Programme Coordinator

The Company is seeking an MYP Coordinator to lead the implementation and development of the IB Middle Years Programme across its Secondary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IB Standards and Practices, supporting curriculum planning and assessment, and driving teacher development to promote a high-quality, inquiry-based learning environment. Key responsibilities include leading the MYP program, maintaining MYP documentation, and supporting the development of MYP unit planners. The role also involves monitoring student achievement data, providing recommendations for academic improvement, and facilitating professional development programs for teachers. Applicants for the MYP Coordinator position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in education, a relevant teaching discipline, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting. Strong experience and practical knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme are essential, and previous experience in an MYP Coordinator or similar IB leadership role is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of MYP curriculum planning, program implementation, and assessment frameworks, as well as proven experience in curriculum development and academic planning.
