Associate Vice President, Regional Trade Finance Project Specialist, IBG Operations (IBGO) to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Regional Trade Finance Project Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Regional IBG Ops projects, with a focus on OAT Products, GenerativeAI, and Ecosystems/Platforms partnership. This role involves being actively engaged in all project phases, from inception to implementation, and requires strong project management experience, whether in a waterfall or agile model. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, preparing user stories for operations processes digitization, and working closely with various teams to ensure the successful operationalization of the projects. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a proven track record in project management, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into user stories, test strategies, and test cases. Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented and organized approach, and the ability to work independently under strategic direction are essential. Experience in trade systems and expertise in project management tools such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint are advantageous. The role also involves data analysis to track digital adoption and identify opportunities for process improvements, as well as participating in training and support activities for end-users.
