The Company is in search of a Vice President, Lending Platform Technology Lead for its Institutional Banking Group. The successful candidate will be a seasoned technology leader with a hands-on approach, responsible for the end-to-end technology leadership of lending platforms. This includes engineering strategy, architecture, modernization, delivery, and operational resilience. The role demands a leader who can provide technical guidance across various lending ecosystem platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of both institutional and consumer banking groups. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of strategic lending platforms, driving modernization initiatives with a focus on cloud-native technologies, and ensuring compliance with technology risk, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of technology experience, with a strong background in software engineering and application development, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in leading software development teams, extensive experience in enterprise-scale systems, and a deep understanding of banking technology controls and risk management. Technical skills should include proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API development, and experience with cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience in AI technologies and a background in any of the specified lending domains, such as credit origination, assessment systems, and lending decisioning platforms. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
