Vice President, MIS & Business Management, Group Commercial Banking Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP for MIS and Business Management within its Group Commercial Banking division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the commercial banking business with strategic priorities, business initiatives, management reporting, and continuous process improvements. This role is pivotal in driving business outcomes, delivering strategic projects, and leveraging data and insights to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include business management and stakeholder support, strategic projects, process improvements, and the development of management information, regulatory reporting, and analytics. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years' of experience in business management, MIS, management reporting, project management, or process improvement. Experience in commercial or corporate banking functions is advantageous. The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft suite. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and GenAI tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are essential.
