Vice President, Investor Relations & Capital Development

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations and Capital Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance AUM growth, as well as for building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of investors, including HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors. This role involves driving fundraising initiatives, leading investor meetings and presentations, and serving as the primary point of contact for key investors and strategic partners. The VP will also oversee the entire investor lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, and ensure a seamless investor experience by collaborating with internal teams and adhering to regulatory standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent. A minimum of 8-12 years' experience in investor relations, wealth management, or related areas is required, with a proven track record in fundraising and business development. The role demands a strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and investment products, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools is essential, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is a must. The VP will also be expected to lead and mentor the investor relations team, ensuring a high-performance and client-centric culture.
