Head of Business Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Development with a focus on cutting-edge AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing businesses that specialize in various industries within the AI field. This role involves strategic formulation for multiple businesses, P/L management, organizational management, and sales promotion for key projects. The Head of Business Development will also be involved in talent development, evaluation, and the formulation and execution of recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include sales leadership for large projects, customer development, and hypothesis testing when entering new industries. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, practical experience in a senior business management role with P/L responsibility, and a proven track record in B2B business leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy formulation, overall management of business plans, and revenue strategies, as well as a background in talent development and evaluation. Fluency in Japanese is required, and experience in AI and data utilization in business operations is a plus.
