Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), B2B/SaaS Services

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization, co-creating and implementing business strategy, and will be a key member of the Management Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire financial spectrum, including finance, controlling, reporting, and treasury. This role demands a leader who can build and develop financial processes to support the company's scaling in the SaaS/B2B model, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, and manage the company's liquidity and financing structure. The CFO will also be involved in M&A activities, providing high-quality financial and business analyses to support strategic decisions, and will be expected to have a strong background in corporate finance, controlling, management reporting, and cash flow management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' professional experience in finance, with a background that includes management or directorship positions. Experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in an equivalent role within a technology, SaaS, or e-commerce organization is essential. The role requires a candidate with a university degree in a relevant field, and professional qualifications in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are a significant asset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a business partner to the Management Board, practical experience in M&A transactions, and a strong command of English. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in a dynamic growth environment are also key requirements for this position.
