Business Unit President

The Company is seeking a Business Unit President with a strong background in global profit and loss management, marketing, sales, customer service, and distribution. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the financial performance of the business unit, including both manufactured and distributed products. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic direction of the business, setting and achieving financial and operational goals, and representing the organization to various stakeholders. The Business Unit President will be expected to model and promote the company's values, coordinate and direct group activities, manage staffing and succession planning, and work closely with executive leadership to execute the business's strategic plan. Applicants for the Business Unit President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, with an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive business management experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, is required. The role demands a high level of proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mathematical concepts, be adept at project management, and have a proven track record of fostering collaboration and driving operational improvements. The position also requires the ability to work autonomously, influence senior management, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and deadlines.
