Known Requirements:
- 6+ years of human resources experience required
- 5 years experience of managing activities directly related to employee relations functions such as oversight of the performance management process, terminations process etc required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
- Certified completion of the Campus Title IX Coordinator & Administrator Training & Certification preferred
