About the Role

Known Requirements:
- Prior experience in equivalent role in a significant organisation, as Chief Operating Officer (COO), c suite function head, such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with broader operational responsibilities or similar preferred
- Experience of leading large, multi disciplinary teams & large operational budget preferred
- Prior knowledge of information technology, technology infrastructure & business transformation preferred
- Understanding of key corporate functions such as finance, technology & digital, people preferred
- Experience of managing significant budgets, accounts, ideally gained within the context of income generating organisations for both charitable & commercial preferred
- Experience of working as part of an executive board & working closely with governance board, whether council of trustees or corporate board preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific, Commercial or Behavioural Discipline required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Master Degree of Science (MSc) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Accountancy preferred
