About the Role
Locations:
Greater Dallas, TX Area (On-site - Headquarter location)
The Vice President Total Rewards will be responsible for developing the compensation, benefits, wellness and retirement programs to drive recruitment and retainment of employees. You will maintain the compensation framework compared to the market.
Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 10 years of leadership experience in strategic design, implementation, administration of multiple compensation, benefit & wellness plans or programs required
- Experience of evaluating, designing & reviewing executive compensation programs preferred
- Experience of employment laws & practices like equal employment opportunity commission, employee retirement income security act, fair labor standards act, etc preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
- Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) preferred
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
