About the Role
Locations:
Greater New York City, NY Area (On-site - Headquarter location)
The Vice President, Strategic Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing guidance and support for the TA function while developing and implementing the strategy and initiatives.
Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 15 years of human resources management experience with 3 years as Executive leader managing large complex teams required
- Prior healthcare related industry experience required
- Experience as a HRBP working within a multi site system environment required
- Prior leadership experience within a complex & matrixed reporting structure with shared services model required
- Prior experience of working within a collective bargaining environment required
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior & Development, Industrial or Organizational Psychology or related disciplines required
- Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior & Development, Industrial or Organizational Psychology or related disciplines required
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR ) or Senior Professional in Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) required
