The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing operations team leadership and project management.

- 15+ years of construction experience with demonstrated increase in leadership responsibilities and client management required
- Experience of using appropriate construction management tools like scheduling & project management software required
- Experience in all types of construction required
- Experience of managing, developing & deploying talent required
- Prior experience of interfacing directly with clients, owners, industry consultants & architectural or engineering professionals required
- Construction related Degree required
- Knowledge of architectural as well as engineering drawings & specifications required
