The Chair will be responsible for providing critical leadership to the Trustees and overseeing the strategic direction of the foundation to ensure effective governance.

- Board of Directors (non-operating)
Known Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience at non-executive level with a proven history of providing strategic vision, and sound judgement required
- In-depth understanding of contemporary governance and prior experience providing critical leadership as chair of a nonprofit organization required
- Exceptional leader with a collaborative approach to leadership required
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
