Chief Human Resources Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, particularly in the areas of human resources and business operations. The CHRO will be responsible for aligning HR activities with the company's strategic direction, overseeing a team of HR professionals, and supporting a large employee base. This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. The successful candidate will also be adept at change management, process improvement, and will be expected to have a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Applicants for the CHRO position should have a minimum of 6 years' of leadership experience in HR, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Certification from reputable HR institutions is also a plus. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to foster relationships at all levels, and a proven track record in problem-solving and driving cultural initiatives. The CHRO will be part of a cohort of HR leaders and is expected to collaborate with peers to build HR capacity and address shared challenges. A background in public sector processes and a solid grasp of branding and communication strategies are highly valued.
