Executive Director, HIV Global Strategic Marketing

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for HIV Global Strategic Marketing. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and executing a global commercial strategy that maximizes the value and access to therapies in the HIV space. This pivotal role involves leading a cross-geography strategy and execution team, fostering strong relationships with key markets, and integrating commercial inputs into development and commercialization decisions. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading a team of direct and/or indirect reports, overseeing the creation of global campaigns, and ensuring that all initiatives are in line with the brand's strategic objectives. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 14 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with a minimum of 12 years' experience, in commercial leadership within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. A proven track record in global product strategic planning, brand management, and new product launches is essential. Experience in HIV and/or PrEP, as well as a background in multiple key markets, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and solutions-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with executive decision-makers. A background in value and access or government affairs, and experience with the development process, are also significant assets.
