Head of Technical Department (Electrotechnics)

The Company is seeking a Head of the Technical Department with a focus on electrotechnics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technologists and designers, overseeing the creation and maintenance of technical and design documentation, and supervising the development and implementation of new technological and organizational solutions. This role also involves the development and updating of electrical diagrams, piloting tests of new elements, and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The Head of the Technical Department will be instrumental in the development of internal standards and procedures, as well as in the training of production employees on new technologies. Applicants must have a technical education in electrical or electrotechnical fields, preferably with a combination of management studies. A good command of English or German is required for cooperation with foreign units. The role demands a high level of computer skills, analytical abilities, and experience in production process and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production lines, be proficient in technical documentation, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions. A driving license of category B is also necessary.
