Head of Waste Management

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Waste to lead the operational delivery of its waste management services. The role also involves strategic oversight, particularly in the areas of major procurements, and closed landfill sites to maximize revenue opportunities. Applicants for the Interim Head of Waste position at the company should be Chartered Waste Managers or have equivalent experience, with a strong background in waste operations and a deep understanding of waste policy, legislation, and operational techniques. The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale contracts and budgets, as well as the ability to influence and lead in a commercial environment. Experience in culture change programs, delivering efficiency savings, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
