The Company is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead and transform the professional services organization, with a focus on driving operational excellence and ensuring successful software implementations that contribute to sustainable revenue growth in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the professional services P&L, leading a team to deliver complex software projects with a strong emphasis on governance, quality, and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strategic leader with a process-driven, detail-oriented approach, and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Professional Services include leading and growing the professional services team, forecasting and protecting revenue margins, and building efficient, repeatable delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of profitable delivery in a software environment. Direct P&L ownership, commercial awareness, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience in the NHS or public sector, as well as knowledge of clinical safety, medical device regulations, and industry standards such as ISO and PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
