Vice President of Supply Chain

The Company is in search of a VP for Supply Chain Finance Operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting operational excellence, driving KPIs and SLAs, and leading the operational strategy for Payables Finance and Receivables Discounting. This senior role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in global transaction banking and trade finance operations, particularly in the context of complex, high-value SCF transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The VP will be responsible for enhancing the client experience, strengthening the company's industry presence, and ensuring seamless integration of SCF processes across geographies. Additionally, the role involves driving digital transformation, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to integrate SCF operations into the company's broader strategic objectives. Candidates for this role at the company should have a post-graduate degree in a relevant field, with preferred certifications in supply chain finance and global trade. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 8-10 years in a managerial position within trade/SCF operations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in shaping and refining SCF operational processes, leading digital transformation efforts, and driving strategic initiatives for SCF operations. Strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire cross-functional teams, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential. The role also demands a leader who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate operational risks, and maintain the highest standards of performance in line with the company's values and mission.
