Vice President, Corporate Development

This includes the identification and evaluation of strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A opportunities, as well as leading the entire process from sourcing to execution. The VP will also be involved in market analysis, due diligence, and ensuring the successful integration of new ventures. A key aspect of the role is to provide strategic insights to the executive team and board, and to cultivate relationships with external partners and industry leaders. Applicants for the VP of Corporate Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in transactions, partnerships, alliances, and M&A.
