The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Analysis, Budget, and Decision Support. This executive role is pivotal in leading and managing a wide range of financial activities, including budget planning, labor analytics, management reporting, benchmarking, decision support, and cost accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining labor analytics and cost accounting systems, ensuring internal controls and reconciliation processes are in place, and providing both standard and ad hoc financial reporting to support operational and executive leadership. The role also involves supporting continuous improvements across the organization's service areas and requires a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build consensus. Candidates for this role at The Company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-10 years' of experience, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory capacity. Expert knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading organizational change, continuous process improvement, and developing high-performing teams. Advanced proficiency in enterprise financial systems is required, and experience with specific systems such as Workday, Strata Decision Technology, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 is a plus. The role demands a professional with exceptional executive presence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate financial analysis into strategic business recommendations.
