Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The Company is seeking a Chair of its Supervisory Board to guide effective oversight and strengthen collaboration among the board, executive leadership, and members’ representatives. The Chair will serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Managing Director and other executives, while acting as an ambassador for the organization. Responsibilities include providing direction, supporting sound governance, and fostering constructive collaboration across a broad stakeholder landscape. The role also contributes to the organization’s strategic development and its efforts to promote inclusive participation in sport. Candidates should bring substantial supervisory and governance experience, leadership capability, and confidence navigating complex administrative dynamics. They should demonstrate situational leadership, combining strategic vision and sound judgment with a collaborative, people-focused approach. The role calls for strong skills in maintaining oversight, setting direction, and promoting effectiveness and engagement across the board and its key relationships. A strong affinity for sport is required; familiarity with racket sports and club life is an advantage.
